How to book tickets to your favourite events at Adelaide Cabaret Festival.

At Adelaide Festival Centre we have partnered with Ticketek for all of our venue ticketing.

You can book tickets to Adelaide Festival Centre shows & events online, over the phone or in person at the box office.

Tickets are available online through our website, just follow the Buy Tickets prompt from the event page.

Tickets are also available directly through the Ticketek website

Opening hours

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm (excluding public holidays). This line will be closed on Christmas Day. 

Please visit Ticketek agencies for a full list of all outlet locations and opening hours.

An on-site box office is open 90 minutes prior to ticketed start times of any performance.

Adelaide Festival Centre no longer sells gift vouchers.

Instead, generic gift vouchers can be purchased from Ticketek and are redeemable for shows in our venues.

Online: Some shows now have the option to book accessible seating on the Ticketek website; online booking is not currently available for all shows.

Phone: Please contact 131 246 (8:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) and advise the operator of your access requirements so that we can tell you everything you need to know and offer the best possible seating available.  

In person: Ticketek Outlets are open at various times.

Non-ticketed and free events: If you are attending a free non-ticketed event and you have access requirements, please email us or call 08 8216 8600 during business hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday).

Companion Card bookings: Many presenters at Adelaide Festival Centre are Companion Card affiliates. Please check with the operator when making your booking. Concession cards must be produced on request.

Important information  


Concessions 

Pensioners, seniors, patrons experiencing unemployment, and full-time students may be entitled to concession prices. Proof of entitlement may be requested at time of purchase at the venue. Please make sure you can carry your concession cards.   


Premium Packages

  • Premium Package tickets and associated drinks voucher/s must be collected from an Adelaide Festival Centre Box Office, open 90 minutes prior to ticketed start times of any performance.
  • Premium Package drink voucher can be redeemed on the date of the booked Premium Package at all Adelaide Festival Centre foyer bars.
  • Premium Package drink voucher can be redeemed for: a Cabaret Signature Cocktail, glass of Corryton Burge wine, Coopers beer or soft drink.


Under 30s Tickets 

Under 30s tickets must be collected from the box office with photo ID. Note that capacity for Under 30s tickets is strictly limited.
